På oppdrag fra Kunnskapsdepartementet har Oslo Economics i samarbeid med Oslo Research gjennomført en kartlegging av norske kommuners kjennskap til saker om barn og unge som etterlates i utlandet mot sin vilje. Prosjektet er en del av regjeringens handlingsplan mot negativ sosial kontroll, tvangsekteskap og kjønnslemlestelse.

NKVTS project on sexual and gender-based violence against women migrants and refugees: analysing causes and effective policy response
NKVTS and six international partners in Europe, the Middle East and Canada have received a grant for a three-year study on “Violence against women migrants and refugees: analysing causes and effective policy response.” Research Professor Margunn Bjørnholt from NKVTS is principal investigator for the Norwegian part of the project. The project is funded by the Joint Call on Gender and UN Sustainable Development Goals under Horizon 2020. Read more on gbvmigration.cnrs.fr
