Animal abuse and interpersonal violence

In 2013 Margunn Bjørnholt carried out the first study in Norway on the connection between animal abuse and interpersonal violence on behalf of the Norwegian Animal Protection Alliance. The study resulted in the ORES Report Kvinnemishandling og dyremishandling: To sider av samme sak? [Violence against women and animal abuse: Two sides of the same coin?]
